Registration
All the information on these types of
documents are the sole property of Darkflame Studios and Mike
Richard. All contracts are considered legally binding. Darkflame
in no way claims any ownership or involvement in projects
conducted by Producer Subscribers unless otherwise documented by
Darkflame. Darkflame is not responsible for any misuse or abuse
of network services which lead to termination of this contract.

It is hereby the intent of this document to
create a solid agreement between the trade and sole proprietary
known as Darkflame or Mike Richard, the Audio Video Production
company known herein as Darkflame Studios, and individuals
Registered as Producers underneath Darkflame Studios umbrella of
theatrical entertainment, to run Projects designed to strengthen
and create Productions designed to be enjoyable for all. This
document and all other Official Darkflame Contracts, Releases,
Applications and Devices are to be recognizable by separate
entities as Legal. All individuals who are to be associated with
the business of Darkflame and Darkflame Studios, when not a
patron, must be registered in the Darkflame Network.
Darkflame
is the registered Sole-Proprietary Trade Name for the Canadian
home-based-business of Mike Richard.
Darkflame Studios is an Audio Video Production
company that offers services directly
and through the Producer Network portfolio interface CreativePortfolioProductions.com
The Darkflame
Producer Subscriber Network production provides a
subscription-based infrastructure to produce and facilitate the
development of individual creative projects.
This $60/month subscription comes with
the following items.
Producers may
participate in the Darkflame Studios Advance Network Placement
Registration investment through the Network Growth Project, with
CreativePortfolioProductions.com . The network offers a free
Laptop Computer bonus upon completion of Stage Three referrals
into your own content production network. Upon every producer’s
completion of a full network, Darkflame will design and construct
a custom Studio to suit your personal and professional needs.
The Power of the Internet is comes
from one aspect of the computer—help. The help function on a
computer is a useless archive of information that has been
deposited for no general reason or purpose. The advent of
internet chat support has allowed tech support to reach customers
instantly, because a problem solving dialogue begins. Darkflame
Studios is a new type of collective theatrical production
system designed to do something incredible for the user-- provide
them with a real source of assistance in obtaining what they need
for being productive.
In order to obtain the five year
investment, within the first year of your registration you must
ensure that four Stage one referrals are complete. Producers are
responsible for their own activities and authorized projects take
place through Darkflame Studios content productions.
The Producer Network support group is
the organization of people in your area that immediately support
your ideas and participate in the Productions that you do. Just
as you will look to other established Producers for guidance and
assistance at times, your own referral organization will look to
you for the same. It is in your best interest to offer your
skills and services to the best of your ability to all of these
Producers because the individual successes of others support your
own successful endeavors. Good ideas are always clear to see but
always require collective efforts.

A Producer Subscription provides creative
and professional individuals with a Producer profile account for
CreativePortfolioProductions.com . You have been given a position
code in the Darkflame Studios Producer Subscriber Network. You
will be receiving Darkflame Studios production facilitation,
portfolio management and promotional services. Your 2008 online
Network Producer account on CreativePortfolioProductions.com
allows you to feature creative and intellectual content to
thousands of unique visitors a month, as well as be able to
communicate directly with the Network through messaging and free
forums. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by inquiring
by email or voicemail. You are solely responsible for your
project involvement and your network growth, and unreasonable
inactivity without communication may result in the termination of
this contract. You may withdraw your account at any
time, however you will be held to your confidentiality
agreement and that contract agreement will not expire. Legal
actions will be taken regarding the sharing of any private
information you have obtained and held in confidence. Darkflame
retains the right to remove you from the network for any reason
which includes but is not limited to non-payment of subscription
fees, misuse or abuse of network services or individuals,
harassment or sabotage of creative individuals or projects,
unauthorized network registration including multiple accounts
and/or false producer registration. Subscription funds may be
transferred by Paypal online or Cash / Cheque via Authorized
Producers. No one but the registered producer may access your
Producer Profile or CreativePortfolioProductions.com access
pages, and Production Facilitation Services are provided strictly
to Producers only. All documentation you sign will be copied and
archived. All information provided to Darkflame Studios will be
considered Exclusive Producer Access unless otherwise specified.
The creative content contained within Darkflame Studios Digital
Portfolios and Producer Profiles are the property of the Producer
however publication rights have been granted to Darkflame
studios, even though publication rights may be given to secondary
parties for distribution, with no royalties owed to Darkflame
Studios, unless other arrangements have been made through
Contract Service Agreements. This and all other Darkflame
contracts are bound with the Confidentiality Disclosure
Agreement, the Non-Compete clause, the Online Agreement, and all
other Producer Agreements available upon request from Darkflame
Studios.
By signing below I understand and agree to
the terms set about in this Darkflame Studios Producer
Registration agreement.

Organization / Foundation For A Primary Network
Producer Subscribers
enrolled in the Advance Network Placement Registration program
must complete Stage One of the Five Stage investment, which
requires the referral of four new Producers into your immediate
Executive Management positions. These four individuals are
directly responsible for representing your skills and services
while you establish your own Producer Network. Your production
funding begins when Stage Two subscribers complete their own
Executive Management level. The following is an example template
you may use when seeking individuals to comprise the top level of
your organization. It is advisable to follow this guideline to
aid immediately the Darkflame theatrical production system,
however you may adjust departments and job descriptions to suit
any skill of interested producers you register.

When
you have assisted your four Executive Production Managers in
completing
Stage One of their own investment you no longer must pay for your
Darkflame subscription.
The Investment
costs $60/month, which is $720 for the first year, and a total
investment of $3600 for five years. To begin your investment you
must complete Stage One, which is to have four Executive
Production Managers in your immediate organizational network.
Stage Two is those four producer’s Stage One, and once
complete you stop paying for your subscription. Stage Three
provides you with Production funding of $384/month and a Laptop
Computer. Stage Four accounts receive production funding of
about $1920/month, and Stage Five receives another $6144/month
and the design of a Studio for your specific productions.
Exclusive Producer Access is used by
Darkflame Studios to restrict information and focus creative
content. In Private Status content will only be viewable
by Darkflame and the individual Producer. Public Status
content will be information freely available for mass
publication, and Network Status content for information
only distributed to Producers within an individuals own network,
including the five established Producers above you. Non-exclusive
content may be duplicated and distributed, because Darkflame
Studios owns the Producer Network, not the producers themselves
or their content. Darkflame Studios operates for the
sustainability and growth of the producer network and its
infrastructure of supporting ideas. Darkflame Economics contract
productions are owned by Mike Richard and Darkflame Studios.
